At the ULI UK Annual Conference on 24 May, Sir Stuart Lipton, Partner, Lipton Rogers; Lee Polisano, President & Founding Partner, PLP Architecture; Adrian Penfold, Head of Planning, British Land and Baroness Jo Valentine, CEO, London First will look back over how much London has changed in the last 25 years and discuss the lessons we ought to be learning from that period if the next 25 years are to be as successful. The session, chaired by property journalist, Peter Bill, will highlight the extraordinary pace of change in our industry and predict some of the opportunities and risks that lie ahead.

The conference will also include discussions on the economy and geo-politics by Goldman Sachs Senior Economist, Kevin Daly; how these external influences are impacting our industry and our real estate businesses; place-making and capital markets.

As well as learning and knowledge sharing, there will also be plenty of networking opportunities including a welcome breakfast, networking lunch and post conference drinks reception.
