‘L’Appel de Paris’ COP21 Real Estate Implications

On February 29th, the ULI Sustainability Council convened a star-studded panel discussion on ‘L’Appel de Paris’ – the historic international climate change agreement – and its implications for real estate. ULI UK Launches Second Edition of Build to Rent Best Practice Guide

On Friday 4th March 350 people attended the highly anticipated launch of the ULI UK Residential Council publication, Build to Rent: A Best Practice Guide. ULI UK Academic Prize 2015

The 2015 ULI UK Academic prize, awarded in partnership with The Journal of Economic Geography (JOEG) and Oxford University Press, has been awarded to Professor Nathan Schiff, School of Economics, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics for his paper on ‘Cities and Product Variety: Evidence from Restaurants’.
