ULI Scotland is one of ULI’s newest councils and has been developed to bring together professionals from across the real estate industry providing leadership in responsible use of land, and creating and sustaining thriving communities.

ULI Scotland is one of ULI’s newest committees and has been developed to brings together professionals from across the real estate sectors, provide leadership in the responsible use of land, and creating and sustaining thriving communities. Through the exchange of information and the sharing of best practices, the Scottish Council offers industry leaders unique opportunities to further ULI’s mission focused around specific industry specialisms. Meetings take place in a confidential and friendly environment, allowing members to share ideas, opinions and information that they might not be able to discuss elsewhere.

The Scotland Committee is led by Michael Henderson, Partner, Shepherd and Wedderburn with support from members and the wider membership. The ULI Scotland Committee lead a continually evolving programme that includes seminars, study tours (local or international), case study visits, research, public forums and invitation only roundtables.



ULI Midlands Young Leaders: Walking Tour of Digbeth

On Monday the 10th of July 2017, Gary Woodward of Birmingham City Council led a walking tour around Digbeth in Birmingham. Last Chance to Apply – ULI UK University Scholarship Programme

The ULI UK Scholarship Programme has been created to provide opportunities for students from eminent UK universities to engage with ULI and the wider real estate industry. The selected students will receive a year’s membership to ULI and complimentary attendance to ULI UK Young Leader events. The programme aims to create stronger links between universities, their students and the ULI UK Young Leaders Committee in order to provide a substantial network for students’ post-graduation.
