    We are delighted to invite you to the next ULI Midlands YLs’ event: a site visit with Adam Willetts Associate Director Development for Urban Splash, to see how the first phase of Port Loop is being delivered now that the first houses are on-site. This is a follow-up to our previous event with Urban Splash in February 2018.
     
    Port Loop is a 43-acre, canal-side site in Birmingham, just 15 minutes’ walk from Birmingham City Centre offering 1,150 new homes, retail and leisure spaces. The first phase provides 77 innovative housing units which are a mix of modular, factory built and traditionally constructed homes and which allow the purchaser to decide the layout and configuration of their house! The modular houses are built off site and delivered onto site and craned in fully complete. A new park and shared gardens also form part of Phase 1.
     
    Please come and see how this new neighbourhood is emerging. We will have a tour of the site with Adam to find out all about Phase 1 and how it has gone and what remains for the other phases followed by drinks in Brindley Place.
