ULI UK Young Leader members are invited to join us for a virtual 'Lunch and Learn' session on 1 July with Mark Alper, Founder and CEO, Marsfields Group.

Mark is a Property Developer with over 20 years of experience in delivering large and complex regeneration projects in London, as well as creating and managing operational businesses with significant public interface and diversity of commercial sectors – from commercial to build-to-rent and hospitality.

Mark has founded Marsfields Group in 2017 to create community and hospitality-driven specialised housing for the ageing demographics under the brand Marstead Living.
Marstead Living is delivering modern and thoughtfully designed homes for a retired generation who seek social engagement and an active lifestyle in a full amenity environment.

Prior to founding Marsfields in 2017, Mark was UK Group Property Director of Market Tech plc (now LabTech), a £1.3bn property development and management company that owns and operates the iconic Camden Markets and a large commercial and residential portfolio in Central London.

Mark has managed over 30 projects with a combined value of over £3.5bn, including the successful delivery of the 4.9 acre site assembly, planning process and construction for Hawley Wharf.

Mark is a Chartered Architect and holds a BArch from Oxford and an MSc in Urban Design from The Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL.
