    ULI NEXT UK and Germany are pleased to invite all NEXT Members across Europe (aged 35-45) to a 'Transition to Leadership' seminar with Martin Rodeck. The session will be hosted via Zoom and will be an interactive presentation with the opportunity for Q&A.
     

     
    Martin Rodeck is Executive Managing Director, Germany for EDGE Technologies.
     
    In September 2014 Martin joined OVG Real Estate, now EDGE as Executive Managing Director Germany responsible for the German activities. He has been a key player in driving EDGE’s growth in the German market and a passionate thought leader for the real estate industry ever since. Martin is chairing the Innovation Committee of Zentraler Immobilien Ausschuss (ZIA), Germany’s leading real estate industry association. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Executive Committee Germany, responsible for driving the topic of Smart City development. He has a degree in civil engineering and began his professional career at Siemens Real Estate as a commercial manager, then later as a technical project manager. Following this, he worked as a project developer at IVG Immobilien AG, and then in 2007 joined ECE Projektmanagement as Managing Director of their project development business for office, logistics, and hotel real estate.
