Dugal Hunt is a Senior Portfolio Manager within the Indirect Private Real Estate. Based in London, Dugal is responsible for relationship and portfolio management of clients, helping to set top down strategies for separate account mandates, and selecting suitable investments brought forward by the Regional Investment Teams.
Dugal has been in the property industry since 2000 and has extensive experience investing in real estate funds in the UK and Continental Europe, and has been a member of investment decision making committees opining on investments globally. Dugal joined CBRE Investment Management in March 2004. Prior to this, Dugal was employed by Investment Property Databank (“IPD”) in the Portfolio Analysis Service team where he was responsible for understanding and analysing portfolio performance statistics for institutional clients of IPD. Dugal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Bristol. He is a member of the Investment Property Forum and a Certified Person under the UK FCA’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime (“SMCR”). He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) designation. Dugal is the Chair of the Association of Real Estate Funds (“AREF”) Investors Committee.
