Is there going to be a flight to the suburbs post COVID-19 or will city living step up? From a health, wellbeing and human behavioural perspective what will urbanites be looking for in city living or will suburban living be an alternative? How will residential investors and operators respond? Join this residential council session and hear from environmental psychiatrists, economists, wellbeing ambassadors in the first session then how investors, funders and providers are responding and the implications for operators managing these communities.

This event has two sections. Your registration will cover both, but you are also welcome to attend just one of the two sections if you prefer:

    • 09:30am -10:30am | Session 1 - Behavioural context, and strategic viewpoint from psychiatrists, economists and wellbeing ambassadors
    • 10:30am - 11:30am | Session 2 - Real estate response from build to rent, co-living, & student operators & investors.

In addition to the more formal content, both sections will include informal discussion. These human connections are an important part of the agenda for the council. We will also ask for your ideas on content for future council meetings.
