    Christina Gaw

    Managing Principal & Head of Capital Markets, Gaw Capital Partners

    Christina Gaw is a Managing Principal of Gaw Capital Partners and in charge of global capital markets activities. She works closely with limited partners relating to capital raising and new product developments. Since 2005, Gaw Capital is a real estate private equity firm and has raised six commingled funds in Asia and three US funds, alongside other global separate account mandates within the real estate space. The firm also manages value-add/opportunistic funds in Vietnam, a Pan-Asia hospitality fund and a European hospitality fund. She also serves as Executive Director of Pioneer Global Group. Prior to joining Gaw Capital, Christina has over 16 years of investment banking experience at Goldman Sachs and UBS as a Managing Director, with responsibilities as Head of Asia Equities Distribution and as Head of APAC Capital Introduction team within Prime Brokerage. She has deep experience in covering some of the largest institutional investors globally.

    Van Stults

    Managing Director, Orion Capital Managers LLP

    Van Stults is a Founding Partner of Orion Capital Managers, a pan-European real estate private equity investment firm. He has over 30 years of real estate investment management experience. Van, with his partners, created the opportunistic Orion European Real Estate Funds I, II, III, IV and V and the core fund, Orion Income Return Partners, which combined have €15 billion of investment capacity. The Orion Funds target a wide range of real estate investments throughout Europe. Prior to Orion, Van spent 15 years with LaSalle Partners (now JLL/LaSalle Investment) in the US and moved to London with LaSalle in 1990 to establish their first international office. He was a Main Board Member and a Managing Director of LaSalle. He is a Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business and his BA from Claremont McKenna College.

    Nathalie Palladitcheff

    President and Chief Executive Officer, Ivanhoé Cambridge Inc.

    Nathalie Palladitcheff is responsible for developing and ensuring the execution of Ivanhoé Cambridge’s global strategy and to supervise the alignment of its investment and corporate activities. She leads the strategic planning process, ensures that portfolio development be achieved in an optimal and balanced way according to asset allocation and the risk-return ratio. She is also responsible for specialized research activities and she guides the business units concerning the identification of investment opportunities in various sectors, geographies and products. Ms. Palladitcheff also manages all activities related to Finance in the Company: Corporate Accounting, Operational Accounting, Treasury, Financing, Property Valuation and Taxation. She leads the Human Resources team, the Legal Affairs team and Information Technologies team, and is responsible for the implementation of the best practices and technological trends to meet business needs and maintain Ivanhoé Cambridge’s leadership in the field.

    Lars Huber

    CEO European Region, Hines

    Mr. Huber serves as CEO for Hines' European Region and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He is responsible for all development activity, acquisitions and operations in the region with Hines presence in 13 countries. Since joining Hines in 1996 he has contributed to over $20 billion of investments in Europe. In his prior roles, Huber oversaw equity capital raising for Hines in Europe and Asia, served as fund manager in the European Investment Management team, and worked on development and acquisitions as development officer in Germany.

    Andrea Carpenter

    Director, Diversity Talks Real Estate

    Andrea Carpenter is a Director of Women Talk Real Estate, and  a writer and communications consultant in the property industry. As a Director of Women Talk Real Estate, Andrea helps raise the visibility of female experts in the industry through the stage and media. On the writing side, her book about the history of the modern European property industry, High Rise and Fall, was published by Routledge in September 2018. Andrea began her career as a journalist at Property Week before moving on to be editor of EuroProperty for seven years. Following this she worked for various industry bodies including the Urban Land Institute, INREV in Amsterdam, and its sister organisation ANREV in Hong Kong. On returning to the UK, she worked as Head of Marketing and Communications EMEA at CBRE Global Investors.
