    For over 35 years Katsikakis has led innovation, research and implementation of transformative workplace environments for global corporates and exemplary real estate developments for investors worldwide. In her role at Cushman & Wakefield, she provides input across the firm’s global business on the rapidly-changing context of work and its impact on employee engagement, productivity and wellbeing and the future role of the workplace. With these factors increasingly determining the leasing decisions of leading corporations, Katsikakis’ unrivalled insight on the future of work benefits occupier clients – as well as building landlords and investors – through repositioning commercial real estate to drive top line performance. She serves on the advisory board of Delos™, the pioneers of Wellness Real Estate™ and founders of the WELL Building Standard and regularly lectures around the world, writes and contributes to media, research and publications on the future of the workplace.

    Thomas Glatte

    Director Global Real Estate, BASF SE

    Prof. Dr. Thomas Glatte is heading the real estate and facility management of BASF, the world’s leading chemical company, since 2008. He has studied civil engineering and real estate economics and started his career as a construction manager with Philipp Holzmann AG in Thailand and India. In 1998, he moved to the corporate real estate management of BASF where he has lead real estate transactions, site selections and property development projects in Asia-Pacifc, predominantly in China, Korea and Japan. He took over global headship of BASF Group’s real estate operations in 2005 which focuses on portfolio, asset and transaction management as well as, since 2008, also the facilities management. Additionally, Thomas Glatte became in 2019 Professor of Real Estate at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg/Germany. He is also member of the extended chapter board with CoreNet Global in Central Europe, member of the executive committee with ZIA German Property Council, member of the real estate advisory council with DGNB German Sustainable Building Council as well as mentor of the co-working start-up 1000 Satellites. He is married and lives in the metropolitan region Rhine-Neckar, Germany.

    Fabian Raddatz

    Managing Director, Labor Berlin Group

    Fabian is Managing Director at the Labor Berlin group – Europe’s biggest hospital laboratory and the first joint venture of Charité, one of Europe's largest university hospitals, and Vivantes as the biggest municipal hospital group in Germany. Founded in 2011, Labor Berlin now processes more than 30.000 human samples per day and is one of the three most innovative mid-size companies in Germany. At the beginning of the pandemic, Labor Berlin was the first laboratory in Europe to offer SARS-CoV-2-PCR-tests on a regular basis for patients. Starting his career in an international law firm as attorney, Fabian quickly found his working focus in the healthcare sector. As Associated Partner he then moved to Labor Berlin to take over responsibility for medical diagnostics in Berlin and beyond. Besides the pandemic, demographic change, new demands on the healthcare system and the increasing lack of specialists in the laboratories are amongst the core challenges to meet now and in the future. Fabian is convinced that teamwork is key and remains passionate for healthcare and the value of medical diagnostics.

    Gabriela Hersham

    Co-Founder and CEO, Huckletree

    Gabriela Hersham graduated from the Regent’s BA International Business programme with First Class Honours in 2007 and has since been credited as an original pioneer of coworking in the UK, having founded coworking business Huckletree in 2014. Huckletree is now one of the UK’s most exciting coworking brands, bringing together the UK and Ireland’s most innovative startups, entrepreneurs and businesses. A champion of women in business, Gabriela has been actively campaigning for greater diversity and representation within the innovation ecosystem, and passionately supports female entrepreneurs both in Huckletree’s community and beyond. Gabriela is a TedX speaker on the Future of Work.

    Duncan Swinhoe

    Managing Principal, Gensler

    Duncan brings a passion for design, strategy, and innovation to his role as Co-Managing Principal for Gensler’s Europe Region. Duncan has been living and working in London for over twenty years and is spearheading the growth of the European business and establishment of our new offices across key markets in Germany and Paris. He co-led the creation of Gensler’s Commercial Office Building Developers practice and has gained a deep knowledge of the trends and issues affecting how people interact with their cities and working environments. In addition, he has been responsible for some of the most significant architectural projects in the firm’s portfolio. Duncan serves on Gensler’s Management Committee and is responsible for leveraging the best of the firm’s global platform for clients firmwide. Educated at the University of Washington in Seattle, Duncan earned a B.A., with Honours and Dip.Arch from the University of Liverpool Duncan is an active member of the BCO and the ULI, speaks regularly on issues relating to office design and shaping the future of cities.
