The Global Real Estate DEI Survey, launched in December 2021, outlined the significance of prioritising DEI in the real estate sector, with 92% of organisations currently applying initiatives and programmes to aid DEI development in the workplace.

However, in Europe, further work is needed if we are to level with other regions, particularly when addressing the gender balance.

ULI and INREV have furthered the conversation on DEI in Europe, conducting a series of interviews with leaders from the real estate sector to discuss the key drivers and barriers to implementing strategies and delivering DEI objectives.
