    Gary is head of Osborne Clarke’s Property Litigation team in London, with a particular focus on advising clients on disputes related to developments, real estate finance, and management issues.
     
    Gary has dealt with a wide range of issues for developers, including a particular specialism in rights-of-light work and, having obtained an LLM on the topic, contaminated land. In addition to this, Gary also has extensive expertise in real estate finance and all aspects of property asset management, having advised a wide range of stakeholders across a number of commercial sectors, from lenders and investors through to landlords and tenants.
     
    In 2007, Gary was seconded to Vodafone’s estates team for six months to lead their legal team and deal with management work and issues relating to the Telecommunications Code.
     
    Gary joined Osborne Clarke when he qualified as a lawyer in 2000, and qualified as a solicitor-advocate in 2005.  He has been a Partner since 2011.
