These scheme range from £100m first phase of Friarsgate around the Railway Station to a number of mixed use schemes throughout the City Centre with the University being the catalyst to many of these schemes given the influx of students to the City.

Complex Development Projects (CDP) have been instrumental in the renaissance of the City through innovative public/private partnerships with schemes such as Electric Wharf which regenerated a former power station for Eco Homes and Creative Space to the mixed use Phoenix Initiative which was nominated for the Stirling Prize. The latest schemes by CDP have centred on the public/private approach and have seen the development of Coventry Creative Quarter with a ‘camden lock’ style development in was of the last remaining heritage lined routes into the City Centre at Far Gosford Street which has seen buildings from the 15th Century to the 21st century restored-reused and new build developments in a £60m programme which has recently completed anchored by FarGo Village. CDP are now progressing further schemes that at the Burges and the former Coventry Telegraph site with Coventry first boutique hotel.

Please join CEO of CDP Ian Harrabin for a tour of the City from the station through the city picking up the schemes that are changing the face of the city culminating in a tour of FarGo Creative Quarter and Twisted Ale one of the City’s micro-breweries.
