ULI UK is very pleased to invite you to our bi-annual Spring Reception on Thursday 15 May 2025 from 6:00pm. The event is organised by the ULI UK Young Leaders & NEXT Committees.
There will also be drinks, canapés, and networking opportunities throughout the evening. This will be a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow built environment professionals and industry leaders. We recommend securing your space early, as spaces are limited for this exclusive venue.
We are delighted to be joined by Michael Kovacs, Founding Partner of Castleforge as our Keynote Speaker for this event. Join us to hear Michael share his experience of founding and growing a successful investment management platform and his views on specific sector opportunities in the current market.
Prior to founding Castleforge in 2010, Michael worked at Westbrook Partners, where he was involved in transactions representing over £2bn of asset value for Westbrook's various funds in the UK, Europe and Asia across a diverse range of real estate investment types. Prior to Westbrook Partners, Michael worked at the Blackstone Group in New York. Michael graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Castleforge began as a small group of experts, united by an entrepreneurial spirit and the energy to get things done. Since inception, they have experienced phenomenal growth, having transacted a number of large projects. Notable projects include high-profile developments such as 160 Aldersgate (DLA Piper’s HQ), 75 London Wall, Winchester House (Deutsche Bank’s HQ), Redhill Data Centre and One Golden Lane. Castleforge have also founded the Clockwise office operating platform and the Ocasa residential operating platform.
