    ULI UK are delighted to invite our NEXT members to a 'Transition to Leadership' interactive meeting and discussion with Jürgen Fenk, ULI Europe Chair and Member of the Executive Board of SIGNA Holding GmbH.
     
    Our Transition to Leadership events are open exclusively to ULI NEXT Members (aged 35-45) and an invitation to register will be sent to applicable members by email. These sessions offer an intimate and honest conversation with industry leaders and we encourage all attendees to be active participants in the discussion.
     
    Jürgen Fenk, born 1966, has been a member of the SIGNA Group Executive Board and CEO of SIGNA Innovations AG since October 1, 2017.  Prior to that he was a member of the Board of Managing Directors of Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba), where he was responsible for Real Estate, Debt Capital Markets and Financial Institutions.
     
    Jürgen Fenk has many years of experience in international banking, capital markets and real estate business. At SIGNA, he is responsible in particular for Banking, Capital Markets and Capital Sourcing for the Group. With the newly founded SIGNA Innovations AG, he is investing in innovative business models (PropTech) and driving the digitization of SIGNA’s real estate business.
     
    Jürgen is the past Chairman of ULI Germany and the Chairman of ULI Europe. He is also Member of the Global Board of ULI.

    Jurgen joined the SIGNA Group Executive Board on 1 October 2017. He was previously a member of the management board of Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen (Helaba), where he was responsible for real estate, debt capital markets and financial institutions. Mr Fenk has extensive experience of the banking, capital market and property sectors. In his position at SIGNA he will primarily focus on banking, capital markets and capital sourcing for the Group. He will also be responsible for establishing the SIGNA Group’s new innovation & prop tech unit. SIGNA is a privately managed, entrepreneurial retail and real estate group. The Group comprises two core businesses: SIGNA Real Estate and SIGNA Retail. The gross asset value amounts to over EUR 13 billion, and the development volume accounts of some EUR 8 billion. Juergen is the past Chairman of ULI Germany and the Chairman of ULI Europe. He is also Member of the Global Board of ULI
