Eric is SACO Property Group’s Managing Director in addition to Locke’s Creative Director. Eric also oversees SPG’s Pan-European / UK development pipeline. Prior to joining SACO, Eric was co-founder and Managing Director of Union Hanover Securities, Urban Villa and HOAX Hostels where he oversaw a £500mil development pipeline and the creation of each respective brand.
SACO Property Group (SPG), the team behind Locke Hotels, is a fully-integrated property development studio that creates lifestyle aparthotels, hotels and brands rooted in its locality and social fabric. We aim to improve travel by creating design-led private spaces linked to socially immersive public spaces, activating the localities that surround our properties. SPG oversees a Pan-European development of Locke properties across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland & Portugal. The team is a multidisciplinary studio that oversees acquisition, planning, finance, construction, design, brand creation and asset management for Locke, Wittenberg and The Moorgate brands.
