    The Measurable and Immeasurable Series will explore innovative insights from both measurable and immeasurable aspects of our built environment and seek to define how value is created or could be unlocked.The series is based on initiative knowledge sharing interviews, debates and case studies.

    • Alex Foutris, Head of Client Services,Bewonder
    As Director and EMEA representative within JLL’s Global Placemaking and Marketing Workgroups, Alex has worked on launching and delivering extensive market first brand propositions, placemaking and customer experience strategies across built environments within the UK, Middle East and Australian markets. Alex currently runs Bewonder*, a creative marketing, placemaking and human experience agency of 75, which operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of JLL.
    • Dr Peggie Rothe, CIRO, Leesman Index
    Dr Peggie Rothe is passionate about modern ways of working and the strategic role of workplaces, and she has a deep understanding of the user perspective of the built environment. As Chief Insights & Research Officer at Leesman, her role includes leading the research undertaken on the world’s largest independent workplace experience database and helping organisations understand the link between people and place.
     
    • Harry Badham, UK Head of Development, AXA Real Estate
    Harry is currently UK Head of Development at AXA Real Estate. He has overall responsibility for the UK development portfolio.
     
    Harry joined AXA Real Estate in 2011 to set up the UK development business line. Previously, Harry was the Investment Director of a private UK property investment and development business, Allied London, and prior to that worked at JLL in the corporate finance department.

    • Fabienne Nicholas, Contemporary Art Society 
    Fabienne has over 20 years’ experience in the cultural and visual arts sectors. She is currently Head of Art Consultancy for the Contemporary Art Society in London, managing a portfolio of cultural strategies, major public art commissions, corporate art collections and curatorial initiatives. Prior to joining the Contemporary Art Society in 2007 Fabienne was Project Director for Futurecity Arts, working on public art and high profile cultural regeneration projects.
     
    In 2017 Fabienne was selected by the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan to become one of 50 Mayor's Design Advocates, advising the GLA's various agencies to ensure that London's growth is socially and economically inclusive, as well as environmentally sustainable.

    Harry is currently UK Head of Development at AXA Real Estate. He has overall responsibility for the UK development portfolio. Harry joined AXA Real Estate in 2011 to set up the UK development business line. Previously, Harry was the Investment Director of a private UK property investment and development business, Allied London, and prior to that worked at JLL in the corporate finance department. Harry has nearly 20 years of industry experience and graduated from Bristol University in 1999 obtaining a masters degree in Civil Engineering. Harry has been a Member of the RICS since 2002.

    Peggie Rothe

    CIRO, Leesman Index

    Dr Peggie Rothe is passionate about modern ways of working and the strategic role of workplaces, and she has a deep understanding of the user perspective of the built environment. As Chief Insights & Research Officer at Leesman, her role includes leading the research undertaken on the world’s largest independent workplace experience database and helping organisations understand the link between people and place. Prior to joining Leesman in 2014, Peggie worked at Aalto University (Finland) where her research focused on corporate real estate and workplace management. Her topics included usability of work environments, office occupiers’ workplace preferences and corporate short-distance office relocations. She earned her doctorate in 2015 and has published her findings in several peer-reviewed academic journals.

    Fabienne Nicholas

    Director, FN Cultural Consulting Ltd

    Fabienne has over 20 years’ experience in the cultural and visual arts sectors. She is currently Head of Art Consultancy for the Contemporary Art Society in London, managing a portfolio of cultural strategies, major public art commissions, corporate art collections and curatorial initiatives. Prior to joining the Contemporary Art Society in 2007 Fabienne was Project Director for Futurecity Arts, working on public art and high profile cultural regeneration projects. Based in Australia until 2003, Fabienne was previously Executive Director of Experimenta, Australia’s leading media arts agency where she was instrumental in setting up the Experimenta Biennale and regional and international touring and commissioning programmes. Fabienne has significant board experience as a trustee of Bath Media Arts, Forma and the Macmillan Cancer Support Art Committee, and currently sits as Chair of NPO Arts Catalyst. In 2017 Fabienne was selected by the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan to become one of 50 Mayor’s Design Advocates, advising the GLA’s various agencies to ensure that London’s growth is socially and economically inclusive, as well as environmentally sustainable.
