    Webinar Summary
'Changing Rooms – The Impact of COVID-19 on New Living Concepts'

The core principles of new housing concepts - to live in close proximity and share amenities - have been called into question as we tackle the pandemic. What does this mean for emerging sectors such as co-living, student housing and senior housing that, prior to COVID-19, had been attracting strong levels of investor interest? We hear from our experts on how formats will adapt, and what the prospects are for continued capital flows into these sectors.
