The net-zero carbon agenda is moving quickly in cities, with targets accelerating and communities pressing for action. This is demanding faster and more fundamental change in the businesses and organisations involved in urban land and real estate. How do they increase their agility and innovation capacity in response?

This event will explore the big picture around net-zero carbon in cities and the role of innovation. The speakers will discuss real-world case studies which provide examples of business model, real estate investment and construction materials innovation, as well as the introduction of new digital technologies.  It has been arranged by the ULI UK Innovation Product Council, which focusses on the application of innovation and technology in urban land and real estate to create commercial and social value.

This is a Product Council event and is free for ULI members only. However, if you wish to attend for a 'taster' of ULI Membership, non-members can register for a fee of £25.
