This event will be hosted on Zoom and is open exclusively to our ULI UK Young Leaders (Under 35). This is an interactive session and we would encourage all participants to join using video.

For our new mini-series event Postcard from the Future, we have asked prominent thinkers, experts and professionals to jump forward in time, and report back on what they find. Will we be a more equal society, a kinder society, a freer society? Will we be richer or poorer, and to whose advantage? Crucially, what will we have done – as an industry – to have engendered these changes?
Each of our speakers comes from a different background; has a different perspective on what ‘good’ looks like and how it is achieved. This is a chance to hear them speak creatively about what they want for our collective (urban) future and the sorts of things they would like to see happen to get us there.
The sessions will be 50 mins, with a 20 minute presentation and 30 minutes of Q&A.

Hamish Dupree, Head of London Markets at Wired ScoreHamish is the Director of Business Development for WiredScore. Responsible for leading client development and strategy across UK&IE. Hamish joined WiredScore from real estate fund Patrizia, where he was focused on UK transactions, sourcing and executing investments across diverse asset classes and risk profiles.
