    Virtual Tour of Greenford Quay: London’s largest purpose-built rental community
    ULI NEXT UK members are invited to join us for a virtual asset tour of Greenford Quay by Greystar; 2,118 new homes set within a new public realm overlooking the Grand Union Canal in Ealing.
     
    There is currently £41 billion capital committed to UK rental housing, with a further £19 billion in planning, and yet institutional build-to-rent (BTR) is often confused with the broader private rented sector (PRS).
     
    The Greystar team will spend 25 minutes talking through various aspects of the development that differentiate it from broader PRS, from master planning and interior design, to adapting the amenity offering through COVID.
