    Webinar Summary

The necessity for continued social distancing and increased health & safety measures caused by the coronavirus crisis is going to have significant implications for real estate, both for existing buildings and how they will be designed in the future. Building resilience is an expanding theme in today’s world - this ULI webinar will analyse the concept and key elements and provide leadership by bringing together globally recognised architects, urban planners and building owners/investors to discuss the main issues and emerging best practices. The integration of social distancing in the current built form, and how building may change in the future will be a focus of the discussion by the panellists. A Q&A session will follow and panellists will answer audience questions.
