ULI UK Mentorship Programme 2026 – Applications Now Closed
Applications for the ULI UK Mentorship Programme 2026 are now closed
The ULI UK Young Leaders Mentorship Programme is a group mentoring programme that provides Young Leader members with a unique opportunity to learn from established industry leaders, discussing and sharing knowledge on a range of topics including market insights, leadership skills, career progression, and lessons learned from industry experience.
Each group will consist of 3-5 YL members (ages 35 and under) and a mentor. YL members will be matched with a group from diverse professional backgrounds with an appropriate mix of experience within each group. The mentor is a senior-level executive in the real estate industry and an active member of ULI.
Please note:
- YL mentorship applicants must be ULI members to take part in the Mentorship Programme.
- The mentorship group is required to meet at least 6 times a year and out of respect to the mentor and your fellow mentees we expect 100% attendance at the meetings.
- If a mentee misses 2 or more meetings throughout the course of the year, they will not be allowed to participate in the programme the following year and risk dismissal from the programme in the current year. Please therefore consider if this is a time commitment you can make – the more effort mentees put into the programme, the more rewarding they will find it.
- The Mentorship Programme involves a curated matching and selection process to align your preference with the most appropriate mentor. All information you share will remain confidential and will only be shared with your mentor and the ULI Mentoring Committee.
UK Regional Cities Mentorship:
If you work outside of London and would like a mentor who is based in a regional UK city, please fill in the Regional Mentorship Programme application, and we will match you with a regionally-based mentorship group where possible. If we are not able to match you with an in-person mentor, we will contact you to discuss your preference for either remote mentorship, or being part of a group based in another location.
Applications for the Mentorship Programme are due by 19 December 2025 and the programme will commence in January 2026.
