An active ULI member since 2022, Louis officially commenced a two-year term as Young Leaders Vice Chair in September 2024 and will serve on a voluntary basis. He succeeds Theodora Beckett, now Chair of the committee.

As Vice Chair, I look forward to supporting Theo and the wider ULI team in fostering an environment that values innovation, inclusivity, strategic growth, and, most importantly, diversity of thought. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to real estate, and it is crucial that we continue to promote this within ULI, which has always been one of its greatest strengths.”

Louis has served as a committee member for just over a year, where he has overseen the Mentorship Programme alongside Sam Johnston, DWF LLP. Louis was also the UK PIC Champion for this year’s ULI UK & Ireland PropTech Innovation Challenge Finals.
