The University of Cambridge has launched a part-time Real Estate Masters through the Department of Land Economy, under the directorship of ULI UK Executive Committee Member, Nick Mansley, and Professor Colin Lizieri. The course is aimed at experienced professionals and those identified as future leaders in the real estate industry, and is delivered in a format that is intended to enable students to continue in their careers whilst studying for a Cambridge Masters degree.
The course combines academic rigour with significant industry input and aims to equip participants with a broader knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry, insight into a range of long-term themes and strategic issues (e.g. globalisation, technology, sustainability and climate change, risk management) as well as developing a range of research and other skills. The ultimate goal is to educate the up and coming leaders in the industry, to equip them with the very latest knowledge and skills to lead and innovate within their organisations, improving the performance, efficiency and sustainability of the Real Estate sector.
