The deadline has now passed for the April cohort of applications for the 2021 programme, and we will soon be opening to applicants for the August cohort. We are in the process of allocating groups for the first round of mentors and mentees, and will be in touch with applicants soon.
ULI UK Mentorship Programme is a group mentoring programme that provides Young Leaders (members 35 yrs or younger) with a unique opportunity to discuss relevant issues related to real estate and professional development with their peers and an established member of ULI / industry leader.
As in most contexts, 2021 has started differently to the 2020 programme and we believe it is right to change the format this year acknowledging a virtual approach. Therefore, we are running two twelve-month cohorts; launching in spring and summer of 2021.

Each group consists of 3-4 members paired based on preferences given within the application. The mentor is a senior level executive in the real estate industry and an active member of ULI. The group is required to meet at least 4 times a year and out of respect to the mentor and fellow mentees we expect 100% attendance at the meetings (virtual and/or in person when the situation allows).
