The ULI UK Development Forum, led by Angus Dodd of Quintain and Ryan Matenchuk of Stanhope, is an initiative building on ULI’s long history as a neutral, non- lobbying member organisation for real estate industry leaders. The Forum has been created to provide a mechanism for the development community to gain exclusive insight, share challenges and ideas and explore new ways of delivering major development and regeneration opportunities. Once a year, invited groups of industry leaders have the opportunity to convene at development sites across the UK for an open exchange and to network with friends and peers.
