ULI NEXT UK

Originally founded in 2016, the programme is a ULI accelerator for leadership, focused on connecting and elevating its members – to empower them to either step into industry leadership roles, or to amplify their position in that role already. NEXT offers thought leadership and pan-industry dialogue around what it takes to be a leader in industry and how we can build better teams, deliver game-changing projects, and inspire those around us to do the same.

The NEXT Programme

NEXT programming focuses on four key areas:

Transitions to Leadership: Exclusive events between ULI NEXT UK members and an industry leader, facilitating open and frank conversations on leadership. Speakers to date have included Paul Weston (Regional MD, Prologis UK), Mark Allan (CEO LandSecurities), Mike Strong (Executive Chairman, EMEA at CBRE) and Anne Kavanagh (CIO, Patrizia).

Networked Leaders: Informal events and quarterly networking sessions focused on bringing together the members of ULI NEXT UK to foster relationships, share knowledge, and have fun.

Skills to Lead By: A learning and development series focused on the art of leadership, soft skills development, and sharing best practice on the nuances of leadership from the perspectives of industry executives and peers.

Future of the Built Environment: A masterclass series that focuses on horizon-scanning to understand current and future trends on the built environment industry, and how future industry leaders can interact with these to create meaningful impact in industry.
