    James Jacobs is a Managing Director, Head of Real Estate, within Private Capital Advisory at Lazard & Co., Limited.
     
    James joined Lazard in January 2008 to help establish the real estate fundraising practice within PCA. He focuses on advising real estate General Partners, Fund Managers and Investment Professionals on structuring and raising capital to fund their investment activities.
     
    Since joining Lazard, James has been involved in aggregating in excess of $20bn of equity on a primary basis for over35 real estate funds as well as having advised on over $2bn of secondary LP transfers.
