As Regional Head of Prologis UK, Paul leads a highly experienced and dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering Prologis’ customers the best industrial and logistics buildings, in the best locations across the UK within its Prologis Parks and beyond. As long-term owner and investor, Prologis is committed to owning and maintaining its buildings to the highest standards and working with its customers to anticipate their every need – venturing further than just providing a building to let, Prologis helps solve some of the most pressing challenges in global logistics, bringing custom turnkey solutions to every touchpoint in today’s supply chain.
With a decorated career in the industrial and logistics sector spanning 30 years, Paul's deep expertise and industry knowledge are instrumental in guiding the strategic direction of Prologis’ UK business. Paul’s journey began at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) before working with Gazeley Properties (now GLP) and Brixton plc (currently part of SEGRO). Paul joined Prologis 2003 and became Regional Head in 2019. As well as leading the UK Team, Paul works closely with Prologis’ European and Global leadership teams to ensure Prologis stays ‘ahead of what’s next’.
