Reimagined by leading design and architectural firm MoreySmith, Henrietta House, CBRE’s new London Headquarters, stands as a testament to the future of workspaces. The building, which underwent a significant transformation beginning in June 2019 and officially unveiled in November 2021, spans approximately 144,500 sq ft and is designed to accommodate around 2,000 employees, offering an unparalleled workplace experience that supports hybrid working patterns, promotes wellbeing, collaboration, and productivity.
