ULI UK is pleased to invite all Young Leader members to a Lunch and Learn with Loris Tinacci, Partner at London & Oriental.

This event will be hosted on Tuesday 16 May, 12:30pm-2:00pm, at London & Oriental's London office, and lunch will be provided.

London & Oriental is an independent property adviser to private family offices and institutional investors, established since 1995.

They provide bespoke investment, development and asset management services across commercial, residential, industrial and datacentre property sectors in London and other key UK cities. Their expertise is in sourcing and acquiring investments, achieving new planning consents, completely repositioning undervalued assets and ultimately securing the best possible occupiers to generate maximum value prior to making a sale.

Current development projects include 38 Finsbury Square (City), 100 Leadenhall Street (City) and Windsor & Christchurch House (West End). We are also advising on a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Cornwall.

Loris Tinacci started his property career at Kinney Green in the City of London in the Professional/Lease Consultancy department working to assist Nick Eden (Senior Partner). He spent 4 years at the company and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2013.

Loris joined L&O shortly thereafter and was promoted to equity partner in 2020. He is responsible for portfolio management, ongoing investment and development projects and the analysis of new potential acquisitions.

Loris holds a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and was awarded the Henley Business School & SEGRO prize for coming top of the year in his final year degree pathway.

As part of L&O’s role as a founding member of the Eastern City Cluster Business Improvement District Loris is co-chair of the Public Realm Steering Group which has been established to foster and sustain positive change for residents, workers and visitors in this important part of the City of London.
