    Webinar Summary

Providing a work space that promotes better health and well being has become a fast-adopted trend within the European real estate industry. It is being embraced by building owners and developers despite little concrete evidence yet that incorporating well being features can increase rents or a building’s liquidity.

Join us for this webinar which will further explore the conclusions of research carried out by ULI UK, asking:
    • How are the different real estate players factoring health and well being into their investment decisions?
    • What are the design and management changes that owners and occupiers can incorporate to improve well being?
    • What role does technology have to play to support this growing trend?
    • What can we learn from our developer and occupier case studies?
