The ULI Europe PropTech Innovation Challenge 2024 has officially launched!
After the resounding success of last year's pilot, attracting over 100 groundbreaking applications from across Europe, we're thrilled to announce the launch of the ULI Europe PropTech Innovation Challenge 2024.
This Year's Challenge: " How do we substantially reduce carbon emissions in the built environment? Scope 3 emissions for real estate investors: an asset life-cycle approach”.
Partnering with ULI Ireland, ULI UK is calling all Entrepreneurs developing innovative solutions that challenge conventions and might revolutionise how we approach emissions in our buildings.
