    Partner, Deloitte LLP

    Chris is a partner in Deloitte’s Debt Advisory team focusing on Real Estate. Chris has over 28 years’ experience in Real Estate providing structured finance, principle finance, wholesale financing, portfolio financing, securitization and bond arrangements on major transaction and investment projects. Chis was previously Director at Capra Global partners where he moved from JLL Capital Markets where he was Head of Debt Advisory. His experience also included structured finance at Credit Suisse and UniCredit. Chris is also a chartered surveyor and holds a specialist degree in land management.
