ULI UK Young Leaders Lunch and Learn with Graeme Craig, Chief Executive of Places for London

Come and join Graeme Craig, Director & Chief Executive of Places for London for a Lunch and Learn at their offices in Victoria. Graeme will be sharing an overview of Places for London, TfL’s new property company, and outlining their big plans for the capital. Places for London is building 20,000 homes and a portfolio of commercial offices across London. The organisation also manages an existing estate comprising 5,700 acres of land, which includes 2,500 commercial tenants (93% of whom are SMEs) with over 1,000 retail units in and around stations as well as 850 railway arches. Graeme will also touch upon Places for London’s approach to the challenges and opportunities for innovation and decarbonisation in the real estate sector, as well as highlighting the organisation’s important work in building skills and education programmes to energise the property industry with new talent, and to inspire the next generation of city-builders and place-makers.
