The ULI UK Young Leaders are delighted to launch the first in a new series of roundtable events: ‘YL360: Small Sites, Big Opportunity’. The roundtable will be held on Thursday 10 March at 16:30 GMT.

Participation is by invitation only with a maximum of ten places available which will be secured on a first come first served basis. The session is expected to last approximately one and a half hours.

This in-person session will focus on the challenges and opportunities provided by ‘small sites’, bringing together industry experts with Young Leaders to develop a better understanding of:

• What we mean by Small Sites
• Why they now form a fundamental part of the New London Plan’s housing delivery targets
• What potential opportunities and challenges they hold
• What we could and should be doing across each of our sectors to bring more small sites forward for development

This roundtable is not only a great opportunity to meet like-minded peers and industry experts but will also give attendees the opportunity to make a named contribution to a wider piece of ULI research being undertaken on the topic.
