    Webinar Summary

Demonstrating social value, the positive impact that real estate investment and development can have on our communities beyond financial returns, is increasingly becoming a priority for real estate owners, investors and developers. As detailed in Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2019, nearly 60 percent of survey respondents believe that the industry is moving towards using a wider range of non-financial measures to assess the value of real estate and real estate businesses. ULI has gathered a panel of global investors, developers and asset managers who are navigating pathways to sound investment decisions based on social as well as financial outcomes. The panellists will speak about how these decisions are cultivated, implemented and assessed through the development and ownership cycle. A Q&A session will follow and panellists will answer audience questions.
