    Enrico is currently leading the charge for the AnyVIsion business across EMEA with a background across the IT and Security industry. With over 20 years’ experience, Enrico has been working with many applications focused on leveraging the power of data that gives clients valuable insight into their business. With a new and challenging economic climate upon us, he will share the innovation developed by AnyVsion and the benefits it brings to helping businesses getting back to work safely.
    • Colin Ma, CEO, Fabriq
    Colin Ma is the CEO of Fabriq, the company behind the award-winning Fabriq OS analytics platform designed for 'smart' and sustainable buildings. He previously served as the company's COO and met Fabriq's founder, Benjamin Kott, at Google in 2009.

    Colin started his career in Silicon Valley in Accenture's Communications & High Tech practice and has over twenty years of experience developing and distributing digital solutions across a number of categories. Colin specialises in scaling up companies that deliver enterprise SaaS solutions for managing sustainability performance and have served in leadership roles in product, business development, professional services, and technology operations. His track record in delivering sustainability-management solutions started at Enablon, where he served as a product specialist covering the EMEA region, includes the re-launching of Intelex's European operations in the role of Sales and Marketing Director, and continues to be developed today at Fabriq.

    Colin holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
    • Vanessa Lee Butz, Founder & CEO, District Technologies Ltd.
    Vanessa is passionate about shaping the future of cities to improve everyone’s work and life experience. Having studied Engineering, Economics and Management at Oxford University, she wrote her masters thesis on “Understanding the DNA of Strong Entrepreneurial Hubs” and took her theory into practice by building large technology and coworking campuses (Factory Berlin and Interchange Camden, Market-Tech). Working at the intersection of cities and technology, she has now founded District.
    • Lesley Chen Davison, Chief Investment Officer, Seaforth Land 
    Lesley joined Seaforth Land, as Chief Investment Officer in September 2019 to grow the company’s specialised fiduciary operating platform. She has worked on real estate transactions across Europe and North America, and has a wealth of financing experience across a diverse range of sectors including office, retail, residential and alternatives.

    Prior to Seaforth Land, she spent 14 years at Delancey as director of Banking and Treasury and as a member of the company’s steering committee. Lesley started her career in the real estate private equity group of Deutsche Bank in New York where she first met her colleagues Tyler Goodwin, founder and chief executive officer, and Kurt Roeloffs, chairperson, almost 20 years ago.

    An active participant in the UK real estate industry, Lesley was previously a member of the UK Government’s Build to Rent Joint Committee. She is currently a Council Member of Cranfield University where she sits on the Finance Committee and the Nominations Committee in addition to the main council

    • Roelof Opperman, Managing Director, Fifth Wall
    Roelof Opperman is a Managing Director at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on investments in technology and innovations within all real estate asset classes.

    Roelof led Fifth Wall’s investments in Hippo, Eden, Appear Here, Lyric, Industrious, Loggi, Honest Networks, Recharge, Lime, and Aurora Solar. He is Co-Chair of the ULI Europe Technology and Real Estate Product Council and a member of the ULI UK Executive Committee.

    Previously, Roelof worked at Norwest Venture Partners, Evercore Partners, Goldman Sachs, and Bridgewater Associates. Roelof is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, from Emory University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
