Tackling the Skills Shortage in the UK

This week’s headlines have been full of the survey results from the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) citing the extent of the current skills shortage in the UK building industry – with 66 per cent of small construction firms admitting they have been forced to turn down new business due to this lack of resource.
