To align the European Emerging Trends in Real Estate report alongside its sister US and Asia Pacific reports, the launch of this year’s report has been brought forward to November. The report, now in its 14^th year, provides an outlook on European real estate investment and development, real estate finance and capital markets, as well as trends by property sector and geographical area. It is based on the opinions of more than 800 internationally renowned real estate professionals, including investors, developers, lenders, agents and consultants.

The London launch will take place on the afternoon of 10^th November and will be followed by a Young Leaders event on 17^th November.  Events are also being planned in Birmingham, Edinburgh and Manchester.  Details of the events can be found on our website.
