ULI UK is delighted to announce that Mariya Tsvetkova has been appointed the new Co-Chair of the ULI UK Young Leaders Group.
Mariya is an Investment Associate at FORE Partnership, a purpose-driven real estate investment boutique. She has responsibilities for FORE’s new acquisitions, developments within the existing portfolio and overall firm’s sustainability strategy, including environmental innovations, design for health, well-being and social impact. She works across sectors – office, mixed-use and alternative residential such as co-living, senior and temporary housing.
Previously she was part of Hines Investment Management team (more specifically the Hines Pan-European Core Fund) and JLL’s strategy consulting practice in New York. She graduated with a professional B.Arch. Bachelor of Architecture degree and a Minor in Real Estate from Cornell University in the US, and is part of the UKGBC Future Leaders in Sustainability Programme.
“I am excited to take on this new role with the ULI UK Young Leaders group, having been part of the executive committee and leading the events and programmes over the last two years. The ULI UK Young Leaders group is by far the largest and most established in Europe and has over 370 active members spanning across different sectors of the built environment. Together with the current co-chair Anoushka Malde, we hope to strengthen the engagement and participation of these members and bring new ones on board. The importance of sustainability was underlined at the recent 2020 ULI Europe Conference, and this will continue to be a key theme under our leadership.”
