ULI UK Residential Council: Summer Product Council Day 2022

We are very pleased to invite you to join us for the ULI UK Residential Product Council Day on Thursday 14 July, to visit three of the UK’s most ambitious residential developments.
Cambridge and its surrounding areas are home to some of the most exciting housing developments in the country. Large scale and long term schemes encompass almost every type of living offer, from single and multi-family housing, affordable and for sale.
We will visit three sites: Northstowe, Eddington and Alconbury and we will return to Cambridge station by 5:00pm.
For those who would like to, we will also book supper in the city for the night before (13th July) and can recommend accommodation at the University Arms Hotel (please contact them directly to book). We will then head out for a day packed with tours and talks on the Thursday.

Northstowe is Cambridgeshire’s New Town - a sustainable new development that is richly steeped in local history, giving it an identity that is entirely unique and one that promotes health and wellbeing.
Eddington is Cambridge’s newest neighbourhood, with a whole rental quarter from Present Made.
